  • Question: How much do custom hats cost?

    Answer: Generally, (1) Custom Hat will be between $15.00 - $18.00. Variables include: how complex is the design, how many colors do you want in the design, do you want 3D PUFF Embroidery, do you want "Side of Hat" stitching, do you want "Back of Hat" stitching, etc. Note: When ordering (12) hats or more, the price drops.

  • Question: What kind hats & clothing do you have available?

    Answer: If you know the color & style of hats or clothing you would like to use, please tell us in the description box below. If you are not sure what hats or clothing you would like to use, we can send you a catalog for you to choose from, to your email. We have wholesale accounts with many distributors, so whatever it is you would like use, we can get.

  • Question: Do you have Order Minimums?

    Answer: No, but for all hat orders less than 12pieces, a $50.00 one-time artwork and machine setup fee is required. This setup cost will take care of your digitizing and setup fees.

  • Question: What is your Turn Around Time?

    Answer: Our current production time is an estimated 7-10 business days (Mon-Friday) after your order has been paid for and submitted. Once your order has been completed and passes our quality inspection, it is moved to the final stages of wrapping and packaging. We ship via UPS/USPS and it usually takes a few business days for your order to get to your door. For local pickup orders, pickups will be scheduled over the phone or through messaging. Turn around times are of course, only estimates. Sometimes issues come up during production that may delay an order. If so, we will reach out and contact you as quickly as possible to update you if this occurs. Our ZSK Sprint Embroidery Machines are running around the clock and we do everything we can to get your order completed and out to you as quickly as possible.

  • Logo "Digitization" for Embroidery

    Above, you can upload your logo and we will digitally convert your logo into an embroidery file, that our ZSK Sprint Commercial Embroidery Machines can read and use. If you have multiple files or larger files you would like to send, please email them to "CameronEmbroidery254@Gmail.com". There is a one time payment of $24.00 required for this process, to get your logo "Digitized". If you have several logos & designs you want digitized, the $24.00 fee will be required for each design individually. Once digitized, we will have your logo on file for all future use and you will not need to pay again to have the same logo digitized. Note: This fee is not required for: "text only, such as names and numbers". Note: Once your logo has been paid for and digitized, we will Stitch-Out a SAMPLE/PREVIEW of your logo for you to see, for your approval. If any edits or changes are desired, we can make the appropriate changes at your request. We test stitch every single design before putting it onto your hats or clothing, to ensure the Highest Quality Possible. Warning: Please make sure that the logo/artwork you want to use, is NOT copyrighted and is legally owned by you.

  • Question: Can you create a Logo for me?

    Answer: No, we do not specialize in creating custom logos. We can do *minimal edits to your logo, but if you are needing a logo created from the ground up, we do not provide that service.

  • Question: Can I see my order/product before I pay?

    Answer: We do not start production on a customers order until after it has been approved of and paid for. After you pay the $24.00 to have your logo digitized, we will send you sample photos of your logo stitched out for you to approve of. Once you approve of the samples photos we send you, then we will start the production of your order, while keeping you updated throughout the process. We will not sell nor ship you any product that does not meet our Highest Quality Standards. All of our work is thoroughly inspected, analyzed, and finished before we ship any orders.

  • Question: What is the best way to contact you?

    Answer: The best way to communicate is by electronic means, such as Email, Facebook Messenger, or Call/Texting. This way, we have a record of everything discussed, so we can look back on the history and verify all requirements are met.
